Hruta Durgule was born on 12 September 1993 in Maharashtra, India. She originally hails from Ratnagiri, but was raised in Mumbai, where she spent most of her formative years. She completed her education at Ramnarain Ruia College, Matunga, Mumbai.

From a young age, Hruta showed a strong inclination toward the performing arts, which later shaped her decision to pursue a career in acting. She currently resides in Thane, Maharashtra.

Career

Early Career and Television Breakthrough

Hruta began her career behind the camera as an assistant director on the Marathi television show Pudhcha Paaul. During this time, she got the opportunity to audition for a lead role, which marked a turning point in her career.

She made her acting debut in 2013 with the Star Pravah serial Durva, where she played the titular role of Durva Patil-Sane. The show was a major success and established her as a household name in Maharashtra.
